Carolyn’s experience as the Principal Legal Officer at the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department is invaluable in crafting policy proposals aligned to the Office of Parliamentary Council’s drafting directions.
Carolyn is also an expert industry code drafter, having led drafting teams and participated in code drafting processes under the Copyright Act 1968, Broadcasting Services Act 1992, Telecommunications Act 1998, Online Safety Act 2021 as well as industry initiatives such as the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Australian Behavioural Advertising Code of Practice.
