Carolyn has over 20 years of experience appearing before Parliamentary Committees and coaching senior executives on how to engage effectively with government. She has supported leaders across a diverse range of sectors in preparing for Senate hearings and navigating complex public policy environments with confidence, clarity, and strategic insight.

She has represented organisations including Netflix, Google, Telstra, the Copyright Advisory Group to Australian Senior Education Officials, the Australian Interactive Games Association, the Internet Industry Association of Australia, and the Australian Interactive Media Association. Her evidence is regularly cited in Senate Committee reports and recommendations—testament to her clarity, authority, and ability to communicate complex ideas with impact.

Carolyn’s coaching is grounded in deep policy expertise, backed by formal certifications in policy formulation and advice from the Australian Public Service and Merit Protection Commission, as well as specialised training from the Australian Parliament’s Joint House Department on Senate Estimates and expert appearances before Committees.

In addition to her policy and advocacy work, Carolyn draws on senior executive experience gained from leading strategic projects at some of the world’s most recognised companies. She served on the senior leadership team at Google Australia & New Zealand, and later founded her own successful consulting practice advising global and local clients on high-stakes issues.
