Media and Communications Counsel
Anne Flahvin is a media and communications lawyer who specialises in content issues, particularly those affecting the media and education sectors. Anne is also a former journalist and academic, and continues to teach two subjects in the LLM program at the University of NSW. She is a regular speaker and commentator on copyright and new media.

University of New South Wales, teaching ‘Defamation and the Media’, ‘Privacy and the Media’, and ‘Censorship and Freedom of Speech’ in the LLM program.
Anne is a member of the Media and Communications Committee of the Law Council of Australia’s Business Law Section, the Copyright Society of Australia and the Communications and Media Law Association.
